About the Opening of the "Izumisha Memory Hall" in Autumn 2024

We are currently displaying items related to the Nakano family on the first floor of our third warehouse. However, due to space limitations in the museum, there are still many items that evoke the past of the Nakano family from the Edo, Meiji, Taisho, and Showa periods that have not yet been displayed. Preserving these items before their condition deteriorates has been a long-standing important task for us.

Therefore, we are preparing to open the "Izumisha Memory Hall" on the first floor of our currently non-public fifth warehouse in the autumn of 2024.

Items that can now be considered valuable daily necessities will be the focus. Although it's still two years away, we kindly ask that you look forward to it.
